The best spot on the beach is now even better, thanks to a $9M beach replenishment project. Walk the beach in summer at night and you might come across sea turtles nesting. There is a very nice private pool for Fairway Dunes guests only. Shallow end by kiddie pool, deep end in back. It's right in front of our unit; great for when you come back from the beach. No glassware at pool, please.

Wild dunes features two award winning courses, The Links and Harbor Courses, a practice range and putting greens, plus many courses nearby. All golf available by fee. Our unit 22 Fairway Dunes backs up against the 11th green of The Links course.

Finally, tennis is included! Fairway Dunes is the only neighborhood in Wild Dunes that is close to beach with tennis courts (2 for use only by Fairway Dunes guests). In all other prime Wild Dunes neighborhoods, you pay extra at the tennis center. So you can play at any time and not worry about high hourly fees. The other neighborhood in Wild Dunes with tennis is a very long walk or bike or car ride to the good part of the beach. This makes Fairway Dunes one of the best overall values in all of Wild Dunes.
